As part of the Fundamentals Studio at Pratt Institute graduate program of M.S. in City and Regional Planning, this work was presented to the AAFE and Hester Street Collaborative (clients). The project evaluates the reuse of three park vbuildings located in Manhattan Community District 3. Existing conditions and recommendations are included in the report as well as major findings on the investigation.
